HOW CUTE? SAHKIUTE.

Aww was at Sheryl's blog and came across these photos.
I miss my friends so much. Although I just saw them for X-men yesterday...

Anyway, watched x-men yesterday with mASTuRbates (New name instead of STAR, think it describes us better) and Jonny Foo. It was soooo goood. I didn't watch the previous x-mens though, so I was kinda lost when it came to the different characters. So, it'll be good to catch all of the previous ones first before this. It'll prolly make a greater impact on you.

Hehe I love Marvel movies :)

Updates x Working Title with Joy!

Thought I shall update this space as I haven't posted anything since May started.
School has been rather hectic, but with Vesak Day and no classes on Wednesdays make each week a little more bearable :)

Also, I quitted my job at Creamier on the last week of April and it ended really well. Had my last burn from the waffle machine, inform some of my colleagues and had dinner with one of my female bosses. I would say, of all the F&B places I've worked at, I learnt the most from Toby's as well as Creamier.

Working at Creamier is physically tough, especially because its getting busier and busier every day, but it was truly a good experience and a huge inspiration for me. Just a small idea of opening an ice cream parlour amidst the Toa Payoh neighbourhood, sprawled into such a successful cafe. And my bosses really worked hard to build up this place and I only hope for the best for them to continue their journey to spread good quality ice cream to everyone at reasonable prices.

No doubt its busy all the time, but the bosses will always find time for the colleagues to bond over dinner at their place or steamboat in the shop after a shift. They really treat each staff like family and I appreciate the opportunity to have experienced that :') I can only hope to be able to find such great management when I step into the corporate world.

Anyway aside from that, I was also busy with finding for a company to intern in during September - November. In our course (Business Studies Groupings), we are highly encouraged to self-secure our internship positions as there are so many of us in the course alone. (Approx. 500) Thus, the possibility of getting a company you do not have interest in working at is very high; let alone at a reasonable location.

Good news is, I managed to self-secure a position at this particular media management company after an interview! However, I am still waiting for my school to approve my application - fingers crossed!

Okay, it's really getting too wordy. Time for updates with pictures.

Went for lunch with Joy on Monday at Working Title!

Ordered the Beef burger and Smoked Salmon Focaccia which was only $14.90 and $9.90 respectively as a set that comes with soup and coffee. Really worth it! We were too full after the soup to fully enjoy everything tho. I was just really glad they serve good coffee :)

Aside from the food, they have a really nice space at the back that has games (i.e Taboo) to occupy their customers - Cute!

hehe luv u sfm

Joy and I had 5 hours break that day so we thought we make good use of it and we had a really good day. Although we see each other every day in class, it was good that we spent some quality time together. We don't have much time (or space) to talk to each other about stuff in school, so it was good :)

Wanted to blog more about my Mookata and Korean BBQ experience but I shall keep it for the weekend. Gotta turn in early for class tmrw :(
